Initial enquiry
You start by submitting an enquiry or booking a consultation. I personally review each request and begin understanding your travel style, your preferences, and what you are hoping for from your trip to Italy.
Consultation & discovery
We have an initial call, or exchange detailed written communication, where I gather the key information: your travel dates, interests, budget, and preferred pace and style. This is where I come to fully understand your vision for Italy.
Itinerary design
Once I have the details, I design your personalised Italy travel concept in collaboration with our licensed Italian travel partner. Depending on complexity, this typically takes anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks.
Proposal presentation
You receive a tailored proposal — usually as a PDF — outlining your route, experiences, accommodation suggestions, and logistics. I then walk you through it and make any adjustments based on your feedback until it feels right.
Confirmation & booking
Once approved, bookings are confirmed through our licensed Italian travel company. A deposit is required at this stage to secure your arrangements, with the balance due before travel according to the booking terms.
Pre-departure support
Before you travel, I remain your main point of contact for any questions, adjustments, or final guidance — so you feel fully prepared and confident before you fly.
While you are in Italy
During your journey you are supported directly by our Italy-based travel partner and local team, who handle on-the-ground assistance and provide a dedicated bilingual contact number for immediate support if you need it.
After your trip
You return home with a fully curated Italian experience, lasting memories, and an ongoing connection with Bella Ciao Travels for whenever you are ready to travel again.

Every itinerary is fully customised and scaled to your preferred level of comfort, experience style, and support. Prices are indicative and per person based on twin-share accommodation unless otherwise agreed. International flights, travel insurance, tips, and personal spending are not included, along with anything not expressly listed in your quotation. All pricing is in Australian dollars, and final pricing is confirmed in your bespoke proposal.
