Food, Wine & Authentic Flavours
From market to table
Food in Italy is culture, identity, and memory. We design immersive culinary journeys that bring travellers into real Italian kitchens, vineyards, farms, and family-run producers. Through our trusted network of chefs, winemakers, and artisanal producers, our guests experience Italy the way locals do — around a table, with stories, wine, and genuine connection.
Signature Experiences
A journey here can include
- Private cooking classes in traditional homes, where recipes are passed down from nonna to nipote
- Seasonal market tours with local experts, learning how Italians truly shop and cook
- Exclusive vineyard visits in boutique wineries with private tastings hosted by the winemaker
- Truffle hunting with local trifulau and tasting menus in the countryside
- Olive oil tastings in historic frantoi
- Farm-to-table experiences in agriturismi across regional Italy
- Hands-on pasta and risotto masterclasses rooted in regional traditions — including the rice culture of Northern Italy’s Po Valley
Sample Itinerary
A flavour of what awaits
Every itinerary is bespoke. This sample illustrates the rhythm and quality of what we design.
Day 1
Arrive Tuscany. Transfer to agriturismo accommodation in the Chianti hills.
Meet your host family. Introductory walk through the estate vineyard with harvest context.
First dinner at the family table — whatever is coming out of the garden and the cellar.
Day 2
Siena market with local chef Marco. You carry the basket. He teaches you how to choose.
Cooking class: fresh pici pasta, wild boar ragù, cantucci. The kind of lesson that changes what you cook at home.
Eat what you made. Long, unscheduled, wine-adjacent.
Day 3
Drive to Montalcino. Visit a small Brunello producer — family-owned, old vines, extraordinary Sangiovese.
Second winery: a newer producer doing something interesting with organic viticulture. Contrast is the education.
Dinner in Montalcino town. The bistecca here rivals anything you have eaten.
Day 4
Norcia day trip for truffle (seasonal) or visit to a Pecorino producer in Pienza.
Return via the Val d'Orcia — a slow drive through olive groves and cypress alleys.
Farewell cellar dinner: seven courses, three local producers, no phone signal required.
