Campania

Campania is one of Italy’s most iconic and emotionally rich regions — a land where ancient history, dramatic landscapes, and living traditions exist side by side. Located in southern Italy along the Tyrrhenian Sea, Campania stretches from volcanic plains and fertile countryside to some of the most spectacular coastlines in the Mediterranean.

At the heart of the region lies Naples, one of Europe’s oldest and most fascinating cities. Founded by the Greeks and shaped by Romans, Spanish, and Bourbon dynasties, Naples remains a city of strong identity, intense contrasts, and extraordinary cultural depth. To the south, the legendary Amalfi Coast unfolds in dramatic cliffs, lemon groves, colourful villages, and hidden coves. Villages such as Positano, Amalfi, and Cetara preserve a maritime culture deeply connected to the sea. Off the coast, the islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida offer another side of Campania — where nature, thermal waters, fishing traditions, and slower island life define the experience.
