Calabria

Located at the very tip of Italy’s “boot”, Calabria is one of the country’s most authentic and unspoiled regions — a land where sea, mountains, and ancient traditions still shape everyday life. Geographically, Calabria is unique: surrounded by both the Ionian and Tyrrhenian Seas and separated from Sicily by the legendary Strait of Messina, it offers extraordinary natural diversity. Historically, Calabria was part of ancient Magna Graecia and became one of the earliest Greek settlements in southern Italy.
